If you’re a regular visitor to Learn[ed]Leadership, then you recall a few weeks back we introduced our take on a book club, the only catch was that there was no commitment.
So to quickly review, this is how it works: I’ll post a new piece of media to view, listen to, or read. You, the participant have a week to listen, watch, read, insert verb, and then I’ll write my thoughts on our latest selection and you’ll have the next week to agree, disagree, comment, share, debate, or anything else with the other participants.
If you missed our first #UnBookClub post we looked at the question, Does experience matter?
This time around we’re going to look at the question: What small thing could you or your organization start doing or stop doing that would have a huge effect?
In preparation for this week’s question I want you take a look at this easy to view and short youtube video titled How wolves Change Rivers.
Interesting stuff, eh?
Alright now that you’ve watched the clip, let’s start thinking about the question, What small thing could you or your organization start doing or stop doing that would have a huge effect?

Also, why don’t you let us remind you to come back in a week to read our take on the question? Then you can take a shot at in the comments. All you need to do is Like our Facebook page and join #UnBookClub Facebook event on our page. Don’t worry it’s not a real event, but instead it will help us figure out who’s interested in participating and then we’ll send you a reminder to check out the blog in a week.
Simple.
So that’s it. We’ll see you in a week.
